Set it up once

Your stock numbers already live somewhere: a sheet your warehouse fills in, a supplier feed. yeSync makes that source the truth for your store.

  1. Add an inventory source

    Today that is a Google Sheet: paste its link and pick the columns that hold the SKU and the quantity.

  2. Connect your stores

    Install the Shopify app in every store the source should feed. Rows are matched to product variants by SKU.

  3. Choose when it runs

    Set how often the sync runs each day. The results of every run show up on your dashboard.

Which inventory sources can I use?

Google Sheets today. JSONL streams and ERP systems are coming soon. A source only needs a SKU and a quantity for each item.

How often does my store update?

Basic runs 3 times a day per lane, Advanced 5 and Enterprise 10. Advanced and Enterprise can also follow a cron schedule you define.

Can one source update several Shopify stores?

Yes. Install yeSync in each store and add the stores to the same lane. Every run updates all of them.

What is a sync lane?

A sync lane connects one inventory source to one or more Shopify stores, and you can add stores to it at any time. Basic includes one sync lane, Advanced three and Enterprise thirty.

What happens to SKUs that do not match?

By default they are left untouched in Shopify, so products your source does not list keep their stock.

Can I add more SKU capacity?

Yes. Extra SKUs are added in blocks of 1,000 on any plan.
